Clinics & masterclasses
Hands-on clinics built around your group's actual goals — not a canned presentation. Your players leave with technique they can feel, and you leave with things you can run in rehearsal the next day.

Pick a focus, or tell me the problem and I'll build the session around it.
We talk for fifteen minutes. I want to know your ensemble size, where they are, what's coming up on the calendar, and the two or three things you most want fixed. I build the session from that. A clinician who shows up without asking is just guessing.
Mostly playing, not talking. I diagnose what I hear, name it in language students understand, and give them a fix they can repeat. Directors are welcome to jump in — you know these kids better than I do.
You get the exercises we used and a short list of what to keep after me. The point is that the section still sounds better in three weeks, not just at the end of the day.
Who books these: middle and high school programs prepping for UIL or contest, sections that have plateaued, and mid-season resets when something isn't clicking and you can't put your finger on why.
Send your ensemble size, the dates you're considering, and the two or three things you most want fixed. That's enough for me to come back with a real plan instead of a brochure.
Also available: beginner placement testing, mock auditions, and running live auditions.
